Returns

• Free, no hassle returns within 30 days from the delivered date. (International orders are excluded from free returns - we still accept returns within 30 days from the delivered date but buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.)
• Contact us @contact@pastlstyle.com for a printable prepaid return label.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Any defective/damaged items will be replaced, we may require photo of the defective item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. In regards to paid/upgraded shipping.
• Please return the item within 14 days from the return request date.

Exchanges

• For processing reasons, exchanges will need to be a separate transactions from your return, you can wait for your refund or purchase right away.
